Ankle flexion 30 sec each
Toetouches 30 sec each

Keep proud chest. Wide feet apart bear for shoulder opening emphasis.

Keen on addressing my mobility issues more than ever.


Backbend routine 15 minutes.(Pavel’s Relax in to Stretch protocol)
