Nutrition Frozen dinners

What are some of the healthier frozen dinners grocery stores sell? I like tossing one or two in my bag for work as the help double as a freezer pack keeping things cool. I'm sick of and can't stand fast food, plus I hate waiting in line, paying good money for crap.

I would love to recommend some but never had a good one. If you don't have access to an outdoor grill, 2 of the best tools in your kitchen are a table top grill and a slow cooker. With these you can meal prep for 3-5 days in advance and know you are eating quality food instead of frozen mystery meat. Rant concluded....

Organic frozen berries and a couple bananas, local raw honey. Pasture raised jerky. Sardines.

I just grabbed a couple Healthy Choice power bowls. Not too bad I guess. 26g protein 6g fiber. 38g carbs. Chicken beans rice quinoa spinach and kale.

Check out excelev8.com

They arent cheap, but they are tasty. I keep them in the freezer for times when I'm short on time or lazy.
