Hello to all,
I started today the Gaitrix2 challenge by Aleks Salkin, based on Original strength like resets.
After 8 minutes I felt ready for just about any workout. A very weird feeling, since it is still very "soft".
I will use it mainly before my running sessions, it should work great.
Any feedback on its previous version?
