5 stone is 32kg. So a stone is closer 6.5kg / 14lbs.+1 to stones.
Confession: I don't even know how much a stone is without looking it up.
7 lbs or something?

...and poodsYeah, but they're in kilos.
Uhhhh …. Hang on lemme get my slide ruleSo 87.5% of a pood
I include Bent press in my warm ups if not part of the program I'm running. Much lower weight ( 24kg ) for 3 reps 2 or 3 x L&R just to keep the movement.Maximorum here too.
Will start mid-Dec once I return from SFB italy.
First thought: This actually could look like a good base-program to build up to the SFG2.
Obviously it doesn't have all the technical 'odd' lifts like bent press and windmills, but if you simply train those movement patterns on off-days via mobility drills and no weight (or 8kg bells), it should get you pretty close to ready (I think).
Anyways: really excited to get started on this.
I got an email today with some extra FAQs. At the bottom it says he wants all the test info by 30th March at the latest and said the more data the betterAny idea as to when he (@Geoff Neupert) wants this feedback? I have some things I want to finish off first. I got the Maximorum though, checks all my boxes.
Yeah, but they're in kilos.
Luckily!!
You have a good solution for that, adjudtable conpetition kettlenells, I have four my self. The go from 12 to 32 in 1kg increments.Kettlebell increments still annoy me, because they're still rooted in poods.
I get mildly irked that my KBs move up in units of 4 kg instead of more sensible 5 kg.
e.g.
My bells go 8,12,16,20,24,28,32,36,40
I'd much prefer 10,15, 20, 25, etc.

I’m going for X2 only because I’ve run the Giant with only clean and press for almost 2 years. I’m looking forward to running it with seasaw presses.I've chosen the Giant X program. To be honest I was more interested in het Maximorum program, but at the moment I can't manage 4 sessions a week. I hope when the program is released by the end of Q2 2023, like Geoff states, I will have more time and be able to do the program.
For now I'm happy with Giant X. Only question is: Do I start with X1, X2 or X3? X3 feels like a follow-up to X1. X2 feels different, but maybe also a bit easier (not easy). In the past I only did The Giant 1.0.
What would be the best program to start with? Altough I think all 3 will give great results.
I started Giant X yesterday.Geoff must be watching this thread, as I got an email (clearly also sent to many) that addressed some of the questions raised here.
So now that it's clear I can start in Dec/Jan and still get the feedback in by March, I pulled the trigger on Giant X.

Looking forward to the next mass q&a
I did see this thread, but I have about 100 emails in my inbox asking me all these questions.
This was in the mail I received:I started Giant X yesterday.
I plan to do the full 24 weeks of the program.
I have not received an email about when to report results.
Was there anything in GN's email about reporting results if one plans to do all 3 phases of Giant X?
