I guess you will feel it after the first workouts - I decided not to opt in for strong legs and I am happy. The first day after the snatches & C+P/Sq I had some jelly legs. It‘s good to have an option for more volume if I feel that my legs outgrow my upper body.I will start Maximorum in about a week and one question comes up. What would you consider strong legs (to choose the right option)?
I think it depends on your upper lower strength gapI will start Maximorum in about a week and one question comes up. What would you consider strong legs (to choose the right option)?

Sorry, i meant to reply to @Kendosperling. The one you replied to @XeneI guess you will feel it after the first workouts - I decided not to opt in for strong legs and I am happy. If you can FSQ 10+ easy with your C+P 5RM, I'd consider that "strong legs."I will start Maximorum in about a week and one question comes up. What would you consider strong legs (to choose the right option)?

I’ve found with all the Giant programs that I get more total reps on the medium days. The heavy days always require more rest and I end up with a few less sets.So far giant x2 seems to be working for me. Im slowly getting more overall reps in each workout with some waviness. One day ill set a new pr by 6 reps or so, next day ill fall back a bit, but overall its steady progress. Program seems to be waving itself without me attempting to do so.
