For all those considering, this was a nice podcast to which to listen. Nice easy conversation between everything, good talk on the concepts many of us have embraced (autoregulation being forefront). If anyone is unfamiliar, you'll come away from this podcast with a clearer understanding of autoregulation and lifting.
 
A. I need to learn to auto regulate better. Maybe just focus rep count on power loss. May try one of his max perfect reps in 20min types.
B. Executive sounds much better than alternative terms.
C. Surprised Geoff considers himself an meso/ectomorph. I would have guessed straight meso.
D. As DJ & others have said, muscle is not just vanity, its life & death in the long run. That's always a stress for middle age ectos like me.
