Looks very interesting. Here's hoping there will be a book for all us home gym rats.
The manual contains - apart from detailed description of the exercises and progressions - lots of additional reading, plus great photos of exercises by @Justyna Mackova . So far no plan for a book, but we will see in the future.

I like the defenition of "in between" strength.

Following your writing I started doing hack squats in my morning routine and brettzel bent arm bars as my arm bar drill a long time ago. It made allot of difference in finding and filling gaps.

I also started bridging a while back as well... Seems I am on a good path :)

Or to paraphrase Dan John... I guess I am smart enough to steal knowledge from smarter people ;)

Looks awesome... I'd been looking into some similar options to hit over the winter after my 'standard' KB work was a little stronger
...I'd love to see a book or video based course for it down the line!

As for the online course/book, no promises for time being, but we will see, why not.

RESILIENT sounds like it’s going to add a lot to the community.

I smash myself with labouring work nearly 70 hours a week. Some days I work 17 hours a day working another job on top of that. I need to bulletproof my body so I’ve been taking ideas from Pavel’s DVD Resilient and incorporating it into a weekend “recharge” session. World of difference. Hard living/working types need this.

A book would be more than awesome, Pavel. Here’s hoping...
