My goal of hitting a 405lbs Front Squat is getting within reach. I probably need to get 365 for 5-6 reps to make sure I can cross that line. Hopefully I'll manage it by December. Just have to be smart.
I've got 2.5 months to add to 2 more reps to this and then I'll deload a week or so and go for the 405.Very nice. You are close to the goal. And right that it's now up to playing it smart. Stay the course, put in the numbers, take your time, avoid injury, avoid peaking too early, and rest enough before the big day.
you're smart. I either blow through the lift or hit a brick wall. There ain't much chance of me grinding a lift out. I think another 5lbs would have plowed me up.Beast mode initiated... Damn!
Congrats! You made the lift look easy. But I know that is deceiving, especially after watching you recover afterwards.
