Hey all,

I'm wanting to get into ruck marching for overall health benefits and to be able to make a long march as a prepper precaution.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get started or maybe can point me to a resource?

Caveat: like Miguel pointed out in the comments, there's no discussion of socks/foot care (make sure they fit and wick, stay dry), and maybe downhill technique (shorter steps/slower). It was already long enough.
