Hello comrades,
My name is Joel McDaniel and I live in Denton, TX. I've been doing KB exercise for around two years now, all this after taking a course from an RKC during college. I've seen tremendous strength and mobility gains and continue to get stronger. I never planned to move toward any certification, but the desire began to build last year. Of course, as I was preparing to head toward cert, the world was shaken and I was waiting for Pavel. Great to see this up and running and I can't wait to try my hand and certifying with StrongFirst.
Just wanted to say hello, introduce myself, and hopefully use you all as a resource as I continue to train.
