I have recently met the "simple" goal from S&S and am interested in working on the "sinister" goal. I am also interested in conquering the beast tamer challenge, probably using the easy strength model to work on my press, pull up, and pistol. It seems like in the natural order of things it would make sense to work on the "sinister" goal and spend some more time working on my get ups and swings. And after I achieve "sinister" then tackle the beast tamer challenge. What do you guys think?
