Other/Mixed Good health habits that take no extra time

Other strength modalities (e.g., Clubs), mixed strength modalities (e.g., combined kettlebell and barbell), other goals (flexibility)

Spend at least 10 minutes a day in deep squat position or seiza. You can do plenty of stuff in this positions, so it's not a "waste of time". Read a book, attend a meeting if you WFH, peel potatoes...
Completely agree with this one!
