Our generation is lucky to have such a fountain of knowledge from those who are ahead of us. Clarence, Jack Lalaine, Steve Maxwell and many others are showing us the way. We are so fortunate that they are willing to share their experiences with us.

I recently discovered his blog, great stuff and to read his thoughts he seems like a great guy as well! Having turned 50, I increasingly am inclined toward the wisdoms of the older athletes - the test of time.
