I had to rewind and relisten to this multiple times to make sure I heard him right....

"480lb reverse hypers for 4 sets of 10 twice a day, four times a week"

Easily done when you consider there is no negative portion. Much like a swing exception you are less susceptible to opposing forces due to the machine.
