After following some links posted in other forum threads, I found this short podcast from Gray Cook: Fitness Tips for Desk Jockeys

Other than the tips he mentions (sun salutations, walking breaks, Naked Warrior exercises), I would be curious to know what other desk jockeys on this forum do to stay moving throughout the day.

I have an "hour" glass on my desk that runs out every fifteen minutes. Whenever I see that it's empty, I stand up, do a bodyweight squat or some hula hoops or just reach for the ceiling, and sit back down. I haven't been very diligent about this lately, and I'm feeling the effects.
