I am new to this forum and have been using kettlebells for a month. I’ve been active all my life (mostly outdoor sports including climbing, paddling and skiing) and during the past 13 years competing in triathlon. As I approach the older edge of the 65-69 age group, I realized that I need more strength, stability and mobility training to complement swim, bike and run. Kettlebells and the S&S program really appeal to me, as a daily supplement to my multisport activities, since I can do the kettlebell practice at home whenever it is convenient.

Thanks to all who are sharing their questions and kettlebell experience.
