Decided yesterday to do GTG deficit push ups spaced across the say to break up the day a bit more. Burn off some more energy and help me sleep a little easier.
I will still be doing my running every morning at a conversational pace bar Saturday where I will be doing a long run and sunday that I take off any form of structured training. I will be doing my swings everyday bar Sunday. 2/3 gymnastic ring workouts a week too.
Now down to the question, what changes have you noticed when implementing the deficit push ups?
