Bodyweight GTG deficit push ups.

Decided yesterday to do GTG deficit push ups spaced across the say to break up the day a bit more. Burn off some more energy and help me sleep a little easier.

I will still be doing my running every morning at a conversational pace bar Saturday where I will be doing a long run and sunday that I take off any form of structured training. I will be doing my swings everyday bar Sunday. 2/3 gymnastic ring workouts a week too.

Now down to the question, what changes have you noticed when implementing the deficit push ups?
 
I sometimes do them when I do push ups as a form of mobility and stretching. I do little volume and very low speed. How will you program them?

I'll probably just do them as it occurs to me to do them in sets of 10 reps. Thus far today I have done 300 reps and my wife has done 390 girly push ups.
