Barbell GTG

Hello,

GTG is really a fantastic way to maintain a skill, or even progress. There is absolutely no doubt about that.

However, "too much GTG" can also be a danger. If I remember well, it is advised to use it for 2 or 3 moves on a regular basis. The more we add exercises, the closer we get to exhaustion, which is what GTG is supposed to prevent.
