Thanks man! And same to everyone else. Got back into the strength journey right when my daughter was born a little over a year ago. Honestly my main motivator in the beginning. Wanted to be an example for her. Not even just being strong or healthy or anything like that. But an example of someone who knows what they need to do and just gets it done.
