Kettlebell Health Guru Dr. Mercola Endorses S&S

Joe Mercola, a physician turned holistic health guru, favorably mentioned Pavel, KBs and S&S in a recent post on his website, linked below.

He also said that he is following S&S as part of his current exercise routine, although it turns out he does 5x20 two-hand swings instead of the prescribed 10x10 one-handers.

Dr. Mercola states that he picked up KBs after years of "super slow" weightlifting due to injuries, boredom and lack of results.

He demonstrates his swings and TGU forms in the companion video, starting around 35:00. Yikes, he needs help! He implies that he learned the techniques from YouTube, but obviously he needs an SFG—urgently. (He lives in Florida.)

He's got the right ideas about the value of kettlebell training. Maybe someone in the SF organization can help him out.
