Other/Mixed Heart Rate for Aerobic Training

Usually roadwork for me is done at an 180-age(+/- 5 BPM) for the vast majority of it. I rely on kettlebell ballistics. Muay Thai or Jiu Jitsu for any higher heart rates stuff.

Every 14 days I do a tempo run where I avoid heart rate monitoring.
