A friend of mine a Muay Thai fighter as been told my an injury specialist is right elbow is completely out of commission for good.

This means he cant do a lot of stuff ( Swings, getups, presses, pushups, pullups, Deadlifts).

What could he do to maintain a decent level of full body strengthening with what he s got left.

Squats and Gob squats came to mind. Anything else?
