There is something very satisfying about heavy singles, and it fits really well in my home life (I can hit the singles over 30-60 minutes (long rest, 5-8 minutes) in the evening among family time).
@kennycro@@aol.com, curious your thoughts.

I've achieved very satisfying results on singles programs for strength and even eked out some hypertrophy by shortening rest periods over 10+ singles contrary to the orthodox position on such things. Heavyish singles are very satisfying and with careful attention to rest recovery is good up to 90%RM meaning they are ideal for daily or near daily training

Thats the Twiceborn Hepburn program if I remember correctly. I used it a bit but just didn't seem to get as good as results in comparison to the version I used before. Your miles may vary though. I liked the singles followed by the rep work. When I made these lifts in the videos I was only MP 1x every 2 weeks.
