Barbell high volume routine results.

New user name because I lost my other one. Followed a bear outline on my workout but switched the exercises. I did it for about a month. I did not eat like I should have and my weight stayed the same. I have gotten leaner around the stomach and I have noticed muscle gain around the traps, a good amount on the shoulders, lats and thighs. I do not know where I am as a 1rm because that is not important to me at the moment. The weights increased throughout the month. The only regret I have is on the nutrition part.

A. bench B. back squat. -Day 1
A. military press B. Deadlift-day 2.

A little over five feet seven inches. 165-168 lbs before and after. Lost more than half an inch off my waist. I am headed to Ghana in two weeks which is why I wanted to look a bit better. (vanity.) I would say it was a success.
