I currently own a 12 kg, 16 kg, 20 kg, 24 kg, & a 32 kg that I bought from Rogue during their Black Friday sale.

24kg, 32 kg, and a pair of gymnastic rings is my personal collection, and 90% of what I use. I work at a gym that has bells in 5lb increments from 5-50 lbs, multiple pairs. Of course barbell squat rack as well, etc.

What are the weights of the large blue, yellow and green bells on the ground?

They are Rogue -- Blue = 44kg. Yellow = 48kg. Green = 68kg. There are also some 40s (white) and 56s (grey) but they are on the other rack.

12, 16, 20, 2x24, 28, 32, pull up bar, dumbbell and some plates. But truth is that I normally use 24-32. Sometimes I stack that 12kg with something bigger to get huuuuge bell. :)
But it's rare. 32kg is challenging for everything and 24kg is good working weight to most things. :)

6,8,10,12,14,16,20kg. You see where I was and what I am aiming at ;)
Several tubes, 2 hurdles for pull ups and dips...
My bf has a pull up bar, rings and different grips to practice finger/grip strength.

I have 8 kg, 16 kg, 20 kg, 24 kg (it weighs over 25 kg), 30 kg (it weighs over 31 kg) and 40 kg bells.

Then I have rubber bands, ab wheel, suspension trainer, pull up bar, squat rack, set of dumbbells and olympic bar with plates.

I've got rid of cable machines. I've got one of those stations and I've sold my bench press bench too.

Nowadays I mainly use only kettlebells for practicing and suspension trainer and rubber bands for stretching.

Open your own gym! ;)

  • 2 16s
  • 2 24s
  • 2 32s
  • 1 40

and that's just kettlebells!

Some are stored away in the basement. I keep a 32 a 40 and a 48 handy in my living room, and my wife uses a 16.

Over 50. Between tracy and I we have multiples of everything from 6kg to 48's plus the gs comp bells. and an equal amount at the studio and like Steve Friedes more than a few date back to 2001 :)

@Rif, Freides, please. If you want to spell it the other way, you'll have to take up the issue with my great-grandparents.

Just givin' you a hard time. :)

Doubles: 12,16,20,24,28,32
Singles: 36, 40.

I wish that I used them all regularly ;) I have used each of them for singles, but bought the doubles prematurely. I started doing some doubles work and then backtracked, feeling that I need to meet the standards first. It's really nice to have a wide range at home, but I could get away with a smaller armory. My schedule is too crazy to lose travel time going to a gym.
