Kettlebell How are you progressing towards your goals?

I hit 29 jerks with a pair of 24kg's last night! Some of my classmates swore I hit 30, but I can't say my last rep had enough control to feel good about counting it. Definitely a wobbler o_O

My short term goal is 30. 35 seems like a mile away after really going for it last night. A year ago I could hardly press the 24's, and even though I really enjoyed olympic weightlifting before coming to kettlebells, jerks were pretty foreign.

It's a good journey to be on, and I like that it's a slow slog rather than a sprint because it makes hitting these goals that much more gratifying.

What are you working on, and how's it coming?
