Matt, be carefull now. You need some trial period for every one of these techniques. Otherwise you won't be able to tell what helped you. Meaning, it will take some time to see what works best for you. Don't rush. Rome wasn't built in a day. :)
 
Your right Sasa, I'm going to stick to the knuckle pushup for now. I did them last night, and I have to be honest, I felt a little bad a#@ doing them that way. :)
 
Coming from Kyokushin and now Enshin Karate we do lots of knuckle push ups. Good for your wrists. ;)
