I agree with @watchnerd

However, I'd do a precision here. This is better to do feet elevated push ups using push up bars. Indeed, they will permit greater ROM. Otherwise, when we want to put or chest on the ground (or extremely close to it), we'll tend to arch the lower back and reducing the core bracing, which reduce the efficacy of the move and can be a source of injury.

1) feet elevated past a certain height changes the strength curve too much, 2) I can't load the feet elevated version as well as the feet on ground version, 3) I just get more benefit from the feet on ground, between the loading, the implements, and the variations.

I have done feet elevated push ups before, just never focused on them.
