However, I'd do a precision here. This is better to do feet elevated push ups using push up bars. Indeed, they will permit greater ROM. Otherwise, when we want to put or chest on the ground (or extremely close to it), we'll tend to arch the lower back and reducing the core bracing, which reduce the efficacy of the move and can be a source of injury.
