Hi Pavel,

I'm a Californian working in Singapore.

I've two of your books: "Relax into Stretch", "Super Joints". FANTASTIC guides. And fuuunnnny.

My questions:

1. Which stretches and routine should I focus on to achieve a side, dancers hold/karate kick

2. How long would it take (I know that's one of those "it depends" questions)?
