How does this routine look?

Hi folks well this is what my plan is so far here. I plan on pursuing the fighter pull up program for pull ups and push ups. With the push ups I just take the reps listed for each day and multiple by 3. I wait about 20 minutes between each set for the pull ups and push ups.

For the lower body I'm thinking of adding in Kettlebell swings and running. What kind of a routine should I do for that? Basically how should I fit it in? Thanks

For my own knowledge, why multiply by #, why not just figure your reps as you would pull ups?

Would Pavel's pushup program be compatible with the fighter pull up plan? It's grease the groove, so on some days you need to be able to get your reps in every hour.
