Anywhere from 3-5 days a week. I made the mistake when I began kettlebell training of overtraining. I was going 6 days a week, and my Lats and Psaos got so sore and tight from all the “trunk work” that I had to take a while month off to recover. After that I had to re-examine how often I should train. I been on the Giant for a while and typically stick to the 3 day a week plan. When I’m not following a program I could easily pop out 100 swings every day just for maintenance.
