How to build power of punches with dumbbells?

Lol my brain is fried reading all the post.

From experience, kettlebell swing helped me a lot with punching power because it strengthens my hips and build my awareness to put more of my hips into the punch.

@Pavel Macek , the dumbbell swing/clean press combo is an awesome exercise. However I do like kettlebell clean to help developed that snap for punching.
