Other/Mixed Hulk076 Burpees

Other strength modalities (e.g., Clubs), mixed strength modalities (e.g., combined kettlebell and barbell), other goals (flexibility)
Reminds me of that DDP Yoga video of the man who was overweight and on crutches. More power to him. When I taught classes at the bodyweight gym, I was always impressed and inspired by students who were maybe overweight, had really poor flexibility, or any other thing going on that made it harder for them then most of the rest. They were always the hardest working.

100%. I have a great amount of respect for those who just start. You have to overcome a lot of mental barriers of judgement or anxiety just to get in the gym or to even film yourself. People can be mean.

That's one thing I like about this forum, everyone here just wants you to get better...

I found this dude last night on YouTube and found his work ethic to be inspiring. Decided I would share it here. It can't be easy, being that heavy and just starting. Every rep is hard and he's doing it.
For the heavier people I train, I start them lying on their back in the floor and letting them get up any way they want and calling it their getup - being heavy is already moving a lot of weight.

Yeah, I agree. I'm a little worried about this guy's joints but perfection is the enemy of progress I guess

I did not think he'd be doing full push-ups, but that is one strong dude! That's basically 150 push-ups! His squats on the way up are kind of awful, though -- I expected good squats and questionable push-ups.
