Hybrid burn extreme 1.2

I am 2 weeks in and amazed with the result so far!
It has been the best "off the shelf" program I have used.
Though but balanced with great attention to the recovery.
In week 2 I increased the reps by 20%, I also superset double swings and double clean a pair of 32kg in sets the f 3+3 and after today's light grind session I could not resist to C&P a double 28kg ( I am using double 24kg which are arond my 5 reps max).

Has anyone doing the same? There might be a typo in the hand out because in all the Extreme series the ballistic are with a couple of 10rep max while here @Geoff Neupert prescribes lower reps with a heavier load... or I am simply scared to alternate set of DSW @24kg x 7 with DCL @32kg x 5?!?
This prog gifted my already with 2 PB... I'll let you know how I survive tomorrow!

Well oh well I made it! One month + 2 extra days as I was in the clinic with my wife who gave birth to our second son Achille ( Who actually motivated me to get back in shape)



I used db 24kg and ring pull ups (to spare my elbow from strict pull ups)



Week 1 (strict diet & schedule)
