Oh wow...the forum just told me I've been on this thing for eight years. Once upon a time I couldn't press a 20k KB. Now I'm just a good night's sleep and enough commitment away from the 40k. I remember reading about the little challenge at the Arnold Classic and thinking "88 lbs with one arm?! INSANE!" It's been a good ride.
