It seems as though it was always kept a secret what skills we sould be tested on when it came to RKC. You didn't know what you were up against until you were at the cert, at least when I went to HKC. I have never belt tested and come across any surprises. You knew what you were being tested on. I'm sure that was a DD business tactic of some sort. It seems odd that a business organization would take pride in having a 30% fail rate. A test should be passable if the individual is prepared for the test. How can you prepare if you don't know what you're being tested on?
