S and S. 2 handed swings with the 24. TGU w the 24.
Feeling a little weaker lately. Not sure if I am not eating enough or getting enough protein or if the lack of sleep is wearing on me.
for anyone reading this. Most days I do IF for about 20 hours and eat a 1lb ribeye (not trying to do carnivore. It just ends up that way). Sometimes a salad. Sometimes some eggs. But only one meal a day usually. Might try to start taking steak and eggs to work?
 
lack of sleep (aka baby) is a real thing. I think you might be well served taking a "power nap" training session and try to repay some of the sleep debt/adenosine sleep pressure.
 
@IMayAgainKnowChris how have things been going lately? Are you finding more out about your energy levels?
Hey thanks for asking. It’s funny you ask right now. This am I felt strong and did 6 2HS with the 32 and I get up with the 32. I think my body just need to adjust.
I also took a bunch of salt with my water this am. I heard that can help with electrolyte replenishment. ??????
