Supposed to be first light day at 5(123), failed the last rep of first set of 3, so dropped to doing a set of 2 +1. A bit bummed TBH, the 20kg feels like a toy but I still can't sort out this 24kg bell.

Bit of lhs hip / oblique tightness still

Thinking of running the program in a few months after we've moved and settled in, hi rep squats at body weight don't sound like much until you actually do some squatting.

Also snatched the 24kg both sides for the first time. Felt heavy.

Something to work towards
