Less of a snap/clunk when lowering floor press LHS @24kg, either better packing when supine or the few sets of pushups thru the day have been helping.

After watching Zar Horton demo the TGU standard I rotated my shoulder to bring the body of the bell more over my shoulder, felt more stable than having more to the side.

2 week break for a tropical trip to Singapore and Malaysia. Did pushups for a few days while away but started to get discomfort in my shoulders due to being unable to find a pullup bar to counter act them. Stopped before it became an issue.

First day with the 24kg for swings. Felt great, easier on the RHS hand than the 16kg, LHS noticed a bit of twist on the last few reps but otherwise good.

4 sets of 24kg TGU today, 16kg felt like a warm up.

Went too hard on the last session, adductors/medial hammer had Dom's and tightness for days

First day that I realised I'm not thinking to myself that I hate 1 hand swings. They are feeling good instead. Swung the 32 for a few reps with my RHS yesterday, felt good even though I was too sore to do a full session.
