Quality over quantity.4 reps/set of ab wheel is pushing it. Better to do more sets of 3.

I find that I come unstuck when I complete the number of reps I've been aiming for and think to myself "that felt really easy, let's do 1 more". I'm working on ingraining the habit of finishing the set as planned and then considering additional sets for the next session. Sometimes it works, sometimes not so much.Few months ago I was chasing the number in Push-ups, doing hundreds of them daily, which eventually lead to an injury. Now I do two to three sets of 15-20 reps every morning, but trying to perform every and each rep with perfect form. And what I can say, it's challenging.
