Thanks for the reply. I was going to run Bench-Squat one session and DL-Mil Press the other. My main concern was I don't want my conditioning to crash.
If you haven't checked out Pavel's "The Quick and the Dead" there are terrific programs that might actually work well within your current program. I don't know what volume and intensity your powerlifting sessions are at but I've had a lot of success with one-arm swings or snatches done Q&D style concurrently with Plan Strong style DL and/or press programs.
Unfortunately there's no way to train everything at the same time. Something has to give so something else can take. ?
