Bench press! It helped me break my last MP plateau.
By adding bench press to my routine (twice a week - one heavy session with max 3 reps and one "speed" with 5*5) I went from 3 to 5 reps in the double 40 kg MP in 3-4 weeks. Before that I was stuck with 3 reps for a very long time
