Hi guys
Long time lurker and have finally created an account.
I purchased some 1lb and 2lb indian clubs for shoulder warmups for my S&S work. Does anyone else use these? How do you incorporate them? I (probably like most others) have had a few shoulder issues over the years and have heard these things are great.
