Benedictine Monk , I too had golfers and tennis elbow from early ROP, with pullups. All that volume was hard on me as a starting program.
Have you tried the Thera-band® FlexBar® ? I felt improvement literally from the first set using them.

This is a good video--I did not personally use "The Stick", however.

Yes, that's exactly the fellow who's advice I followed. I am picking up my products from IronMind tomorrow (more of a preventative measure than rehab).
I worked my way all the way up to the 25 lb green. I do use the Stick, but that's because I bought one about 2 years ago.
I will have to be very careful moving to 1HS and I am definitely buying a new mouse, as I suspect that's where most of my issues come from.
