That's correct, and my training hasn't changed significantly for about 6 or 7 months. Thirty minute sessions of S&S/A+A type stuff with a little aerobic work thrown in wherever it fits. To be fair, a few pounds of the weight gain was rebound. I was about 3-4 pounds down from my normal weight after 4 months of a very plant based moderate carb/high fat diet, but during the weight loss I didn't notice any change in energy or performance.That's interesting. is your training the same as before? You are doing full carnivore iirc?
