Repeated the 7/31/20 workout just to compare. I'd like to think the 'progress' is because i'm better conditioned, but the reality is statistically it's the same and any 'improvement' is probably just because it's about 20 degrees cooler...
The Workout:
warm-Up = SQ w. Chains: bar x 10, 135 x 5
SQ: 135 x 25 (on 3 minutes)
(followed by)KB Snatch: 16kg x 10min (10rpm, switch hands on minute)
2 Minutes Rest

The heart rate on the snatches is noticeably lower.
(spike at the very end is from 20rpm on the last two minutes of snatch of the last set)
