Moving up in Weight and Doing a Hypertrophy Tilt
I'm moving up to the 24kg weight for the Rite of Passage. I'm performing only military presses and 30 sec rest between ladders/rungs. Increasing protein consumption a little bit. Post workout on pressing days will be 30 grams whey protein w/milk and a banana.
