We currently have very few restrictions on passwords so making yours strong is up to you. A strong password is one that's tough for a person of malicious intent to figure out.

Length - longer is hard to figure out.
A mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols - harder for you to remember but you can come up with things you can remember that still use all these things.
Your UserName is visible to everyone, so there isn't much point in making that difficult, but having a tough-to-crack password makes the forum safer for us all.
