Hey folks

This could have gone in various forums.

Just curious if anyone ever used isometrics and with what results?

I am enjoying putting some into my daily movement sessions. More often than not, in the stretched position (a loaded stretch) - somewhat in line with an old Pavel article (around 2004 I think).

About 3x10 question is this:
There was talk at one point of making a method one this (a handful of movements - I like bodyweight - for about 3x10 seconds of each ) an almost daily practice (maybe 4-6 days a week).
